Okay turning to other matters, I'm now nearing 3000 words in my mal/river fic and they've barely had two scenes together. Why do I have to describe every bloody detail...about everything? Will the plot suffer that much if I don't stretch a scene to cover the time it takes for Simon and Kaylee to do the wasing up? Somehow I don't think so.

But, you know, if I don't it's gonna sit there and not got written.
